About the Role

The role of the Jr. Admin and Facilities Coordinator is to maintain a high-quality office facility which supports the needs of both employees and the company. It is expected that the role will support the Sr. Admin and Facilities manager in implementing process improvement and develop strategy in facilities management while being a role model for employees on maintaining high quality standards in office maintenance.

It is also important that the role can assist in managing office maintenance workforce effectively, depending on the requirement of business operations for all departments. The role is also expected to support the business in coordinating with vendors, creating purchase orders, and managing invoices.



  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): PEZA policies and requirements, Infrastructure / Interior Design
  • Proven experience in:
  • Managing multiple office sites
  • Procurement and vendor relations
  • Leading internal and 3rd-party team members
