About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
In this dynamic role, you’ll be stepping into a well-established position as our current team member moves into retirement, giving you the opportunity to build on strong partner relationships and processes that you’ll continue to develop and grow. You’ll drive growth through Canon’s indirect sales channels, working closely with a portfolio of valued Business Partners to support their performance and identify new opportunities.
Reporting to the National Business Manager – Indirect, this position combines sales management, partner enablement, partner education, forecasting, and campaign execution—offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of channel partners and achieving agreed revenue objectives.
- Developing targeted sales and marketing plans to support partner performance.
- Coordinating enquiries, support requests, promotions, and incentive programs.
- Managing sales forecasting, stock updates, and rebate processes.
- Overseeing Partner Portal (Edge) and second-hand stock administration.
- Leading quarterly business reviews and managing partner opportunities in Salesforce.
- Supporting partner onboarding, training, and event coordination.
- Contributing to the development and execution of the broader Indirect Sales Strategy.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience in the print industry and/or channel sales, account management, or a similar partner-focused sales role.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and drive growth.
- Confidence working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience an advantage).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and openness to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to partner interactions.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.
