About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

 

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing, approachable, customer focused Corporate Concierge to join our Canon team that supports our premier client, One New Zealand.  You will be based at One New Zealand’s amazing corporate offices in Auckland. Here, you'll enjoy the perks of collaborating with a dynamic and fun team and working in modern offices.

 

As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will play a vital role ensuring everyone receives a first-class experience. Our Corporate Concierge is entrusted with maintaining confidentiality, exercising discretion, and representing Canon and One New Zealand in an ethical and professional manner.  

 

Scope of the role includes:

 

  • Welcome visitors and provide a professional, first-class arrival experience
  • Manage visitor registrations, access requirements and host notifications
  • Liaise with employees, customers, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Maintain a polished, organised and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate meeting-room bookings and assist visitors to meeting spaces
  • Support event set-up and pack-down activities
  • Complete reception administration, reporting and record management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the site, key contacts and workplace services
  • Support compliance with Canon and One New Zealand health, safety and security requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the wider workplace and facilities teams

We are seeking an individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and always maintains a high level of professionalism. Your positive attitude and adaptable nature will contribute to the collaborative and high-energy team.

 

Key skills and experience include:

 

  • Very high standard of personal presentation
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in corporate hospitality, events and/or Reception roles
  • Superior multitasking and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with room booking software preferable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administration skills
  • A positive attitude and a flexible, adaptable nature
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when needed
