About the Role | Mō te Tūranga


We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Canon team that supports one of our premier clients.  You will be based at amazing corporate offices in the CBD where you'll enjoy the perks of collaborating with a dynamic and fun team, working in modern offices, and having access to local cafes and restaurants, plus an onsite café.

 

As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will play a vital role ensuring everyone receives a first-class experience. The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for representing Canon, and our client in an ethical and professional manner.  

 

Main Duties include:

 

  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of organisation structure 
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, providing exceptional customer service
  • Efficiently managing the Visitor Registration System
  • Maintaining an immaculate front office area, including answering phone calls promptly, professionally, and attentively
  • Backing up other team members as required including supply store back-up
  • Liaising with clients and hosts
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with room bookings administration
  • Some moderate lifting may be required
  • Ensuring site compliance with Canon and our clients Health & Safety Standards

  • Very high standard of personal presentation

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in corporate hospitality and/or Reception roles
  • Superior multitasking and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • MS Office experience and strong admin skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive attitude and a flexible, adaptable nature
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when needed
