About the Role

Based across our client’s amazing corporate locations in Auckland, we are seeking a Hospitality and Customer Service champion to join our high performing team.  This is a key role in our team, supporting the functions of our Hospitality service across Front and Back of House. The role is a flexible role that will assist as required across the workplace and client services spaces. 

The role is part of our workplace and client services team and comes with fantastic flexible rostered hours so you can balance your work-life schedule.

Main Duties:

  • Meet and greet guests, external visitors, contractors, and clients in a professional manner.
  • Professionally and attentively manage all drop by, phone and email enquiries.
  • Effectively manage reservation bookings in Microsoft Outlook to ensure the correct spaces are available for client events and meetings.
  • Assist with catering deliveries and liaise with the kitchen team.
  • Support food and beverage services, such as barista services, catering set up, clearing, sit-down dining service, bar service and refreshment offerings.
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients’ Health & Safety Standards

 

About you

We are looking for someone who loves hospitality, helping people, and providing an exceptional level of customer service, along with:

  • Proven experience in Hospitality and service environments
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Multitasking and organisational skills
  • The flexibility to work rostered hours as per the business requirements.
  • Adaptable to change with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • LCQ and or Duty Manager experience
