About the Role 

Bring your experience and energy to this busy role providing exemplary service to our teams, visitors, suppliers and contracts whilst managing facilities, fleet and our front of house.   


  • Manage our reception area and team and provide morning reception duties  
  • Co-ordinate and distribution incoming mail and packages and external requirements 
  • Manage the Auckland head office facilities and associated services 
  • Provide support and direction for Regional office facilities and associated services 
  • Provide administration and support including stationery supplies, catering, corporate events, distribution of sponsorship products, etc 
  • Support the Kick-Off Conference committee 
  • Provide support to company projects as they arise 
  • Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles including replacements, disposals, database management, etc 
  • Assist with travel bookings, coding and reconciliation of invoices 
  • Provide leadership, support and coaching consistent with Canon’s vision, values and goals. 
  • Pre-empt the unknowns and find solutions 


About You 


  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio 
  • Demonstrated experience within high volume administration and office management 
  • Knowledge or exposure to building/facilities/project management  
  • Exceptional organisational skills including an ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet competing deadlines 
  • An acute sense of urgency 
  • The ability to work autonomously but also with broader teams  
  • Strong team player 
  • Honesty and integrity 
  • Superior people management skills 
  • Strong communication skills – oral and written 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail  
  • High level of confidentiality to maintain confidences 
  • Proactive self-starter who is solutions orientated  
  • Proven track record of demonstrating initiative and accountability
