About the Role

As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading customer service and ensuring daily service levels and key tasks are met for our client. This role also requires arranging and meeting contractors to complete maintenance tasks as Facilities issues arise.

  • This role is based at our client site in Auckland
  • This role is for a Full time position
  • The working hours is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Main Duties

  • Build, maintain and develop effective client relationships
  • Ensuring customer and employee engagement targets are achieved
  • Ensure site productivity and quality assurance standards are met
  • Supervise employees in day to day operational work
  • Mailroom
  • Catering
  • Ordering stock
  • 2IC to manager
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and client Health & Safety Standards

Key Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead a team environment
  • Exceptional attention to details and be numerically minded
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
