About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As the dedicated on-site Property Operations Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our clients ticketing system, ensuring all requests are actioned efficiently and within required SLAs.
Working directly from our client’s site, you will act as the primary liaison between our client’s Property Operations team, internal teams, and external service providers. You’ll represent the Property Operations function on-site, maintaining strong relationships while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with agreed processes.
You will also support our clients National Security Manager and Facilities Manager, helping coordinate security-related activities and facilities operations within a corporate and/or retail environment.
Key Responsibilities include:

Manage daily service tickets and ensure resolution within SLA timeframes.

Act as the on-site point of contact for client stakeholders and service providers.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.

Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of Property Operations processes.

Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Provide general administrative and operational support to the broader Property Operations function.
About you | Mōu
You are confident, professional, and comfortable working independently in a client-facing environment. You understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality, and you thrive in roles where organisation, responsiveness, and stakeholder management are critical.

At least 2 years’ experience in a security and/or facilities coordination role.

Experience managing external vendors or service providers.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

A proactive, calm, problem-solving mindset.
