About the Role:

 

We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our Auckland sales team. This is an entry-level role tasked with ensuring our sales teams are provided with the best possible support to enable them to achieve their sales and profitability targets by delivering on the following key accountabilities:

 

  • Ensure a robust pipeline of new business opportunities is generated for our sales teams
  • Provide professional responses to inbound lead enquiries
  • Collect market information relevant for our business
  • Understand customer business needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team
  • Ensure data is accurately entered and managed in our company’s CRM Salesforce system
  • Learn and develop in the sales role through on the job experience

 

 

About You

 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, eager to learn and ready to make a significant impact. Picking up the phone to hold meaningful conversations with potential customers doesn’t faze you; you’re a natural ‘people person’ who enjoys developing relationships and getting results.

 

Other key attributes include:

 

  • Ideally at least one-year experience in sales
  • Experience with cold calling will be highly regarded
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Good financial awareness
  • Ability to think outside the square and integrate a solution to meet requirements
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Resilient and able to handle rejections
  • Comfortable communicating with senior level executives
