About the Role |  Mō te Tūranga

 

Our Sales team is on the lookout for a driven and organised Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic, high-energy team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the connector between Sales and Service—keeping workflows smooth, documentation sharp, and customer experiences exceptional.

 

You’ll be joining a team that’s supportive, fast paced, and always ready to roll up our sleeves. We work hard, celebrate our wins, and make sure there’s plenty of fun along the way.

 

Scope of the role includes:

 

  • Support Sales with accurate completion and review of sales agreements, multi‑device spreadsheets, and special conditions
  • Provide ongoing service and support to customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Coordinate sales demonstrations for prospective clients when required
  • Proofread and format Sales Proposals to ensure accuracy and professionalism
  • Attend sales meetings and assist with compiling and submitting weekly progress reports, including current prospects and expected sales
  • Provide general support to the wider team as required
  • Ensure all activities align with business processes and compliance requirements

If you’re motivated, detail‑oriented, and confident using your initiative—along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences—this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute meaningfully within our dynamic Sales team.

 

Success in this role comes from bringing strong administrative or sales experience, the ability to follow established business processes, and a proven track record of building long-term relationships with internal and external customers.

 

You will also bring:

 

  • Proven experience in an administrative and sales environment
  • The confidence to communicate clearly, keep the team on track, and gently reinforce processes when needed
  • Strong understanding of business processes and methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong long-term relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks effectively – multitasking is a must in this role!
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
