About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Support person to join Canon Print Hub.

This role is responsible for the acquisition, onboarding, retention, and extension of our Canon Print Hub clients, sometimes independently but mostly in conjunction with Territory Account Managers and Client Service Managers.


The position is responsible for delivering on the following key accountabilities:


    • Drive the growth of our Print Hubs, and a professional internal and external ‘Customer Focused’ culture within the organisation
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer’s company objectives within assigned accounts, so that Canon remains relevant to the clients current and future needs 
    • Work closely with Territory Account Managers and Client Service Managers to acquire, retain and grow their Print business with Canon
    • Develop strong relationships with outsourced print suppliers
    • Regularly communicate between customers and production team
    • Work with the Professional Print Manager to develop online portal strategies for key accounts
    • Work with the print facility team leads to ensure accurate production estimates for clients
    • Maintain integrity of Salesforce data in relation to CSM activity and key contacts
    • Provide customer training on the use of the online portal
    • Find cross sell opportunities within customer accounts
    • Deliver Print Hub Revenue targets



About You


  • Experience in the print industry with knowledge of printing and finishing technologies
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or proven experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Experience in establishing strong long-term relationships with customers (internal and external)
  • Outstanding communications capability, verbal and non-verbal
  • Time management and ability to execute tasks effectively
  • Advantage – experience/ understanding in managing e-Commerce platform
