- Based at our Commercial Bay client site in Auckland
- Full-time permanent position
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 6:30am to 3:30pm
About the Role
Join our team as a Security Officer based at our prestigious Commercial Bay client site in Auckland. This is an entry-level full-time position with hours between 6:30am to 3:30pm (subject to flexibility), offering you the opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of traffic and security compliance for our client's inwards and outwards goods process.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to maintain tight controls over dockway processes and be strict on rules, have high attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Additionally you are firm, yet professional and personable in your approach when enforcing rules.
Main Duties
- Ensure prompt and professional service aligned with our Service Level Agreements
- Utilising booking Apps to coordinate a seamless traffic flow in and out of the basement area
- Act as the gatekeeper to the goods lift
- Issue keys/cards at the sign-in point for the building
- Manage and issue contractor's access requirements
- Ensure compliance with Canon and client Health & Safety Standards
