About the Role
The Senior Concierge is responsible for the first impressions for our clients and maintaining the high standards expected of them. They are a valued front of house (FOH) team member responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Role will be based at our client site in Raranga, Sylvia Park branch 
  • Full time position from Monday to Friday 
  • Fun dynamic team with room for growth

Main Duties

  • Ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved
  • Meet and greet all visitors and staff arriving onsite whilst ensuring this is done in a professional manner
  • Visitor Management including access requirements
  • Meeting room coordination and management; escorting clients to meeting rooms as required
  • Assisting with meeting room set up/down and provide basic audio visual equipment assistance as required
  • Offer/serve refreshments as required
  • Coordination and assistance required with catering for meetings/events
  • Assist the Manager with monthly reports
  • Assist in the running of all aspects of the customer relationship including the provision of additional services as requested.

Key Requirements

  • Corporate Catering/Hospitality background in a 5-star service environment
  • Proven track record of adaptable attitude and initiative
  • Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance as per uniform guidelines
  • Exude a positive attitude
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Administration and time management skills
  • Excellent team work and networking capabilities
