About the Role   

 

Based out of our client’s corporate premises in central Auckland, we are seeking a permanent customer service champion for our service delivery role based predominantely in our client’s retail store. This role is key to supporting the functions of our services with flexibility across Front and Back of House.

 

Some of the main duties will include:

 

  • Manning retail store and providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Mailroom and courier processing and delivery
  • General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
  • Reception cover - meet and greet visitors when required
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Some moderate to heavy lifting will be required
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Canon and our Clients' Health & Safety Standard

 

 

About you

 

We are looking for a team player who is happy to work on their own initiative and always willing to help where needed. Ideally, your background is retail and/or hospitality where you've gained valuable frontline customer service skills and understand the importance of providing an exceptional service to your customers. Other key attributes include:

 

 

  • Highly reliable, flexible, and adaptable
  • Physically fit to lift moderate to heavy items when required
  • Proven experience in a customer service/hospitality environment
  • Very high standard of personal presentation
  • A positive attitude and a strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Adaptable to change with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
