About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Based at our client’s corporate premises in Christchurch, we are seeking a Customer Service champion for our Service Delivery team. This is a permanent part‑time role (8 hours per week) supporting front and back of house functions, including mailroom, reception, and administration.
Hours are fixed part‑time and can be split across two days or worked as one full day. Possibility of more hours depending on client’s needs in the future.
Main Duties
- Assist with day-to-day service centre operations
- Meeting room set ups
- Mailroom and reprographics tasks
- Vehicle and carpark management
- General administrative tasks
- Answering emails, Teams messages, phone calls
- Providing outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
- Some heavy lifting when required
- Ensuring compliance with Canon and client Health & Safety standards
About You | Mōu
- Highly reliable, adaptable, and proactive
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality
- Very high standard of personal presentation
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Physically fit to lift heavy items when required
- Must have a Driver’s License
