  • The role is based at our client site in Auckland
  • The role is a Permanent Full Time position
  • The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About the Role
Reporting to the Job Manager, this role will be based on a Client Site in Auckland and will look to deliver the efficient and profitable delivery of the Client’s jobs in full, on time and error free.
To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail and you will have a good level of computer literacy. Effective communication and customer service skills will also be required.

Main Duties

  • Customer Onboarding – including Welcome Packs
  • Regeneration of Statements as requested by the Call Centre
  • Support with investigations as required
  • Manage the archiving process and destruction process with Clients preferred supplier
  • Scanning of documents daily
  • Produce a report covering scan volumes daily for reconciliation processes
  • Return Mail Management, based on receipt of returns fortnightly and on-forwarding to Clients Relationship Manager to update/re-process as required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • A keen eye for details
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • Effective communication
  • Excellent team working and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills including the ability to resolve issues that escalate
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels within the organisation
