We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Canon team that supports our premier client, One New Zealand. The Service Centre Representative is required to have an exceptionally high level of professionalism with an emphasis on hospitality and customer service. This role is required to consistently deliver a professional seamless service to both external and internal clients alike. This is demonstrated by consistently exceeding the customer’s expectations.
Main Duties include:
• Assist in service delivery of all aspects of the customer relationship including provision of additional services as required
· Provide reporting data as required for the Visitor Registrations System
• Proactively innovate and assist on methods and operational procedure improvement for Reception and Reservations areas
• Assist FOH Team Leader with compiling data reporting
• Ensure the reception area is always kept immaculate
• Provide break cover for Lobby Reception
• Meeting room coordination and management
· Proactively innovate and assist on methods and operational procedure improvement for Reception and Reservations areas
• Maintain Visitor Management data, including access requirements
• Escort clients to meeting rooms as and when required
• Meeting room set up/down and provide basic audio-visual equipment assistance as required
• Assisting with all building services & event coordination requirements
• Coordination and assistance required with catering for meetings/events
• Assist Reservations with coordinating any external service delivers relating to room bookings
About you
We are seeking an individual who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and always maintains a high level of professionalism. Your positive attitude and adaptable nature will contribute to the collaborative and high-energy team. Other key attributes include:
• Very high standard of personal presentation
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in corporate hospitality and/or Reception roles
• Superior multitasking and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with room booking software preferable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong administration skills
• A positive attitude and a flexible, adaptable nature
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when needed
