About the Role | Mō te Tūranga

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented all-rounder to join our Canon team that supports our premier client, ONE New Zealand. Based on our client’s corporate premises in central Auckland, we are seeking a Service champion for our Service Delivery role. This role is key to supporting the functions of our services across Front and Back of House, including mailroom and admin.

 

Main duties include:

 

  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing the inwards and outwards deliveries processes daily
  • General administrative duties such as preparing monthly reporting etc
  • Supporting the wider team with adhoc building requests such as security access etc
  • Managing the service centre’s email account
  • Managing the stock levels of office consumables such as stationery, kitchen consumables
  • Some moderate to heavy lifting may be involved
  • Adhering to both Canon’s and One New Zealand’s Health & Safety Standards
  • Any other activity that may be requested by One New Zealand or Canon from time to time

To be successful in this role, you’ll be a reliable team player with a "can-do" attitude and possess excellent attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing an exceptional level of customer service, can work on your own initiative and willing to help others where needed. Other key attributes include:

 

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent level of personal presentation
  • Able to lift medium to heavy objects
  • Highly reliable
  • A positive attitude and a flexible, adaptable nature
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Adaptable to change with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
