About the role

 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Canon team that supports our premier client One New Zealand.  You will be based at One New Zealand’s amazing corporate offices in Smales Farm. Working as part of our Canon team, you'll be immersed in an environment that values development and recognition. The Valet Service Parking attendant role is key to delivering a superior client experience where you will consistently deliver a professional seamless service to both external and internal clients alike in accordance with Canon Business Services and One NZ policies and procedures.

  

 

Main Duties

 

  • Utilise the carpark function in One NZ Facilities helpdesk known as Vlife during core business hours
  • Ensure all cars are scanned into V-Life upon arrival
  • Retrieval and handover of vehicles within a 15-minute timeframe
  • Collection and secure parking of any staff vehicle scheduled to park overnight once notified via V-Life
  • Deliver any keys not collected prior to 5pm to level 2 NOC area and inform the driver of the new collection point
  • Ensure all car park lists are kept current and up to date
  • Process all new applications within 24hrs of receipt 
  • Provide the relevant instructions to all new starters

 

 

 

About you

 

This role requires a talented, client focused and service orientated person, who consistently delivers outstanding levels of customer service. Along with this you will also have:

 

  • Valet Service experience or other service-related roles
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Hospitality sector and/or Corporate Hospitality environment
  • Full clean Drivers Licence is essential
  • Proven experience working as part of a team
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word skills, experience in booking software is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and security awareness
