About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Based on our client’s premises, we are seeking a detail orientated process champion for our Shift Supervisor / Site Manager role. This is a key role, responsible for leading our team and processing operations, and working closely with the onsite Client to ensure an end-to-end first-class experience for our Canon Business Services functions.
Main Duties include:
- Drive smooth daily operations, including overseeing all daily processing and dispatch.
- Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team.
- Ensure strict compliance with security, safety, and operational standards.
- Manage rosters, timesheets, and reporting with precision.
- Coordinate secure dispatch and resolve issues quickly.
- Keep documentation accurate and audit-ready.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Oversee onboarding and training for new team members.
- Maintain accuracy under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Work in a secure environment with physical tasks and equipment.
- Collaborate with your team to hit daily targets and deliver results.

- Proven experience managing staff and service outcomes.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong commitment to process compliance and security standards.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Physically fit
- Highly organised with great time management.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ideally 3+ years in a people management or administration role.
- Familiarity with invoicing processes and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in facilities support and flexible approach to tasks is highly regarded but not essential
