About the Role

As part of the Professional Services practice, you will help drive the department purpose of delivering projects with a high level of quality, whilst being accountable for design, build, test and implementation of Azure/M365 cloud project outcomes to clients. The role will be reporting to the Technical Team Leader & may be based out of multiple locations within the country.

       Main Duties

  • Design and Configure Office 365 and Intune platform
  • Consult and workshop solutions with customers
  • Manage scope and project variations & create detailed design documents
  • Ensure delivery milestones and are managed to quality, time and budget adhering to agreed project plans and schedules
  • Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures, quality systems and internal controls
  • Work closely with third-party vendors & effective stakeholder management
  • Provide technical advice to customers, key stakeholders and teams within the business
  • Create technical documentation and transition projects to BAU support teams
  • Provide technical reviews and support for Presales and PMO teams
  • Adhere to required processes including call logging, change control, information security and compliance practices/standards
  • Validate project deliverables and ensure outcomes are aligned to Scope and Design


Key Requirements

  • 3+ yrs experience delivering projects on Office 365 E3/E5 platform (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Office)
  • 3+ yrs implementing and migrating to Exchange Online/Hybrid exchange environments
  • 3+ yrs experience with Microsoft Modern Endpoint Management (Windows 10, Intune, AutoPilot, SCCM Co-Management, Enterprise Mobility, iOs and Android)
  • Knowledge of and experience with M365 Information Protection and Compliance Management
  • 1+ yr of Azure landing zones, blueprints, express route, load balancing, NSG, Azure networking, routing tables, VPN gateways etc.
  • Migration of VM workloads in Azure
  • 3+ yrs focused on implementing Azure Cloud Projects for Infrastructure
  • Experience in architecting, designing and configuring Azure environments.
  • Understanding of Azure landing zones, blueprints, express route, load balancing, NSG, Azure networking, routing tables, VPN gateways etc.
  • Ability to design, architect and implement complex infrastructure projects
  • Migration of VM workloads in Azure
  • Atleast 2 of the following vendor certifications: Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies, Microsoft Windows Server 2012/16/19, Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • Knowledge and experience working with most of the below technologies: Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace (M365), Windows Server and Client, Hybrid Cloud, Knowledge of ITIL procedures & networking practices
