Working in a fast-paced corporate team environment, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on receiving, sorting and distributing mail as quickly and as efficiently as possible in accordance with set service standards.

 

Main Duties

  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Data Entry / Administration
  • Document preparation
  • Document scanning
  • Some moderate to heavy lifting may be involved

 

Key Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain Security Clearance
  • Must have a driver’s licence and willing to travel between sites
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
  • Previous customer service experienced highly regarded
  • Must have keen eye for details
