As One NZ's Front of House Concierge, you will be the face of One NZ’s Christchurch office. You will provide a best-in-class experience to all internal and external stakeholders. By knowing One NZ’s regular visitors by name will demonstrate the in-depth understanding you will have of One NZ’s Whanau. As an excellent Concierge you will maintain confidentiality, show discretion, and always represent One NZ and CBS in an ethical and professional manner.
Main Duties
- Providing best in class customer experience to all of One NZ’s internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring all external visitors to One NZ are assisted with signing into One NZ’s guest register and understand One NZ’s Health & Safety requirements for Visitors.
- Ensuring entrance and meeting rooms are always maintained to an excellent standard.
- Supporting internal stakeholders with meeting rooms bookings and any other request that may be asked from time to time
- Managing the stock levels of office consumables such as stationery, kitchen consumables
- Managing the inwards and outwards mail and courier delivery processes daily
- General administrative duties such as preparing monthly reporting etc
- Supporting wider team with ad hoc tasks that may be required
- Having an in depth knowledge of local amenities
- Accompanying clients to our meeting rooms when required
- Adhering to both Canon’s and One NZ’s Health & Safety Standards
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or retail/hospitality environment (minimum of 2 years)
- Superior organisational skills, professional presentation and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can work well within a diverse, high-energy team environment as well as autonomously
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
- A positive attitude and a flexible and adaptable nature
