  • The role is based at our clients’ site in the heart of Christchurch 

  • Permanent part-time position 

  • The working hours are 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm 

 

 

About the Role 
 

Based on our client’s premises in the heart of Christchurch, the Mailroom and Facilities Coordinator is an entry level position, providing mail room services and support.

 

Main Duties include: 

 

  • Order milk weekly, top up milk twice a day in fridges 

  • Sort incoming post and couriers 

  • Handle all outgoing post and couriers (domestic and International) 

  • Maintain details on post and couriers both incoming and outgoing 

  • Maintain billing and stocks 

  • Handle internal mail bags both outgoing and incoming 

  • Order freight pickups when required 

  • Basic facilities related duties 

 

 

Key Requirements 

 

  • Provide exemplary customer experience and be willing to lend a hand for any non – mailroom related tasks 

  • High standard of personal presentation 

  • Physically fit 

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills 

  • Ability to work autonomously 

  • Basic knowledge of Word/Excel 

  • Proactive problem solver
