As a part of our clients Reception and Facilities support team, You will provide a best-in-class experience to all internal and external stakeholders.
Main Duties
Providing best in class customer experience to all internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring entrance and meeting rooms are always maintained to an excellent standard.
Supporting internal stakeholders with meeting rooms bookings and any other request that may be asked from time to time
Supporting Client Functions and Events in a premier environment
General administrative duties
Supporting wider team with ad hoc tasks that may be required
Having an in-depth knowledge of local amenities
Accompanying clients to our meeting rooms when required
Adhering to both Canon’s and Client Health & Safety Standards
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role or retail/hospitality environment (minimum of 2 years)
Superior organisational skills, professional presentation and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
