About the Role

  • The role is based on our client site in Christchurch
  • This role is a Flexi part time position
  • The working hours is minimum of 20 hours per week so schedule changes as required

We require a candidate with high attention to detail. As a Service Centre Representative 1, you will provide efficient focused service at all times and ensure that the agreed services are met and exceeded where possible.

Main Duties

  • Provide leave cover on Christchurch sites
  • Mail and courier processing and delivery
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner
  • Developing a working relationship with the client on site
  • Greeting visitors
  • Delivering milk
  • Replenishing fruit, kitchen consumables, copy paper, and recall bins
  • Setting meeting rooms for client
  • General administrative tasks such as scanning documents, etc.
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Converga and Client Health & Safety Standards
