About the Role

Working in fast paced corporate environment, the role of Team Coordinator is to promote a professional internal and external ‘Customer Focused’ culture within the team/site, establish and maintain a day to day relationship  with the customer (where relevant) and ensure customer needs are met and exceed where possible, and also provide feedback to manager  to ensure they are regularly updated on customer performance against KPIs.

Main Duties:

  • Performing daily operational/administration tasks; ensuring quality assurance standards are met and exceeded where possible
  • Coordinating daily productivity/outputs (as required)
  • Resolving operational problems, escalating where necessary
  • Providing timely and accurate input into reports (as required)
  • Assisting in submitting information to accurately invoice against customer contracts, contract variations, and additional work request obligations (where required)
  • Assisting with the implementation of projects on site (where required)

Key Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail & be numerically minded
  • Must be proficient with MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills is a must
  • The ability to treat all information in a confidential manner
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Mailroom experience
  • The ability to lift / bend
