About the Role 

To be successful in this role, you will display a positive "can-do" attitude and will be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail and you will have a good level of computer literacy. Effective communication skills will also be required. 

Main Duties 

  • ​​Data Entry / Administration 

  • ​Dealing with customer enquiries  

  • ​Handle and resolve phone and email queries 

  • ​Assist with filing and maintenance document files 

  • ​Ad hoc administration / duties as required 

  • ​Kitchen facilities operator 

  • ​Maintaining produce chiller and general chiller room facilities and control product inflow and outflow by checking inventory on a daily basis 

  • ​Maintaining ambient stores room facility and check inventory for any expiry items  

  • ​Work closely with product developer and product technologist and provide all the administrative support including events and program. 

  • ​Quality control of products and monthly stock takes of inventory and equipment’s of all the kitchens. 

  • ​Maintaining the storage area neat and tidy all the time. 

  • ​General administrative duties. 

  • ​Working hours is 5 hours per day, 5 days per week

Key Requirements 

  • ​​Good knowledge of MS Office and an ability to quickly learn new technology 

  • ​Strong communication and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service 

  • ​The ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards 

  • ​Previous customer service experienced highly regarded 

  • ​Must have keen eye for details 
    ​
