About the Role
This casual opportunity involved in performing tasks that combines mailroom and general concierge duties. You will be based in various Melbourne client site locations particularly CBD and some eastern suburbs. As highly reliable team member with a positive "can-do" attitude, you will utilize your excellent communication skills to build rapport with the client’s customers, computer literacy skills and strong organisational skills to efficiently handle and sort mails, ensure its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.
Scope of the role includes:
- General concierge duties
- Daily mail and courier management
- File creations and retrievals
- Daily data entry and record keeping
- Handling and resolving phone and email enquiries
- Ad hoc administration and duties
- Involving some moderate to heavy lifting
About you
To be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and you understand the importance of being a highly reliable individual. You have a keen eye for details and always ensure your work is accurate. In addition, you have a good level of computer literacy coupled with great communication skill. You have an excellent administrative, time management and organisation skills and most importantly you have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.
Key Skills and experience include:
- Must have flexibility in performing roles (interchangeably concierge and mailroom duties).
- Mailroom experience is an advantage; however, training will be provided.
- Must be able to work in various Melbourne locations (CBD and some eastern suburbs).
- Microsoft office tools
