About the Role

 

Working on our client’s site, the role of Team Member focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.

 

Main Duties include:

 

· Mailroom

· Data Entry/Admin

· Handle and resolve phone and email enquiries

· Ad hoc administration / duties as required

· Some moderate to heavy lifting

 

About you

 

For you to be successful in this role, you should display a positive "can-do" attitude and must be a highly reliable individual. You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy with a good level of computer literacy.

 

Key Requirements:

 

· Mailroom experience is an advantage; however, training will be provided

· Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail

· Exceptional presentation and communication skills

· Ability to work well within or lead a team

· Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills

· Desire to deliver and exceed client expectations
