About the Role 

Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient management of both physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, in accordance with set service standards and contractual requirements. 

 

Main Duties: 

 

File Creation and Retrieval 

  • Create, organize, and retrieve physical and digital files. 

  • Ensure secure handling and proper archiving of documents.

 

Data Entry & General Administration 

  • Accurately input and update data in relevant systems. 

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document preparation. 

 

Customer Service (Phone & Email) 

  • Handle and resolve internal and external enquiries via phone and email. 

  • Provide timely and professional responses or escalate as needed. 

 

Ad Hoc Administrative Duties 

  • Support various teams with miscellaneous tasks as required. 

  • Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special projects. 

 

Machine Operation & Physical Tasks 

  • Operate machinery as required for processing or handling materials. 

  • Perform moderate to heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during mail sorting, file handling, or machine operation. 

 

Key Requirements 

 

  • Mailroom experience is an advantage, however training will be provided 

  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail 

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills 

  • Ability to work well within or lead a team 

  • Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills 

  • Desire to deliver and exceed client expectations
