About the Role

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail orientated Customer Service Team Member to join our team. This role would suit someone looking for some experience working in an evolving corporate environment, who is willing to learn and has a strong attention to detail. The role is a hybrid role which involves sorting and processing data for clients depending on their requirements.

 

Main Duties

 

  • Capture data accurately into a company platform for client requirements
  • Check information that has been processed for accuracy and completeness
  • Correct errors and maintain records for future reference
  • Ensure all procedures for data are handled confidentially
  • Assist with any other basic administrative tasks as required
  • Sort, organise, and prepare physical documents for scanning
  • Remove staples, bindings, and repair damaged documents as needed
  • Validate document completeness and quality prior to scanning
  • Index and label documents according to internal guidelines
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Good typing skills essential (50+ WPM)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn
  • Work independently and as a part of a team
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
