About the Role

We have a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team providing cutting edge solutions to businesses in WA. We are looking for an experienced account manager who is familiar with technology based managed services, the Microsoft product portfolio, and security solutions.

This is a field-based role and you will be supported by an experienced team including, cross functional support and lead generation with the flexibility to combine work from home with time in the office.

Scope of the role includes:

Account Management and Business Development;

  • Achieving your Gross Profit sales target and agreed KPIs
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively
  • Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of sales plans
  • Maintain and demonstrate both a commercial and technical understanding of CBSA's IT products and services in order to appeal to a broad customer audience
  • Manage and deliver on sales activities such as prospecting, introduction meetings, client qualification, subsequent presentations, quoting and proposals submission in a professional & timely manner

Account Management;

  • Achievement of your personal Gross Profit sales target against the managed accounts
  • Responsible for the collection and preparation of all customer requirements for a sales opportunity
  • Ensure you have in-depth detailed knowledge of all commercial aspects of the account
  • Lead all conflict resolution scenarios with relevant stakeholders
  • Drive annual or bi-annual Strategic Reviews
  • Contribute to forecasting and reporting of revenue and GP
  • Conduct and/ or attend customer account weekly meetings, project review meetings and monthly governance meetings

 

About you

You are someone with strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills and you have the gravitas and professionalism to work with ‘C’ Level clients. Your extensive experience will ideally include several years of exposure to the IT enterprise space giving you a strong understanding of its’ sales cycle. You possess strong experience in the Microsoft stack in particular, Microsoft Security, data and cloud. You have experience within the Managed Services space, experience in IT Infrastructure and you have a strong understanding of the Channel/Partner Eco-system. Most importantly you are a self-motivated and driven business development professional who is looking to take the next step in your career
