About the Role

 

As the Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering modern application solutions that help our customers transform the way they work. You will act as a trusted technical advisor across the entire project lifecycle responsible for shaping solution architecture, guiding delivery teams and engaging directly with stakeholders. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys solving complex technical challenges and wants to influence both project outcomes and broader solution strategy. Reporting to the Head – AI Business Solutions, this is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work from home two days a week and may be based from multiple locations, Adelaide and Perth preferred.

 

Scope of the Role

 

  • Design and implement Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices
  • Lead complex technical implementations and support delivery teams through technical reviews, documentation and remediation plans throughout all aspects of the software development life cycle
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders during requirements gathering, agile ceremonies, UAT and go live activities
  • Share knowledge with the wider Solutions team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as the technical representative in sales meetings, tenders, RFPs and visit client sites, when required

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need deep hands‑on expertise across the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem, paired with the ability to lead complex solution designs from concept through to delivery. This role calls for someone who can confidently architect, build, integrate and optimise modern Microsoft based applications while guiding teams, engaging with customers and upholding best practice engineering standards. If you thrive in technical leadership, enjoy solving complex problems and bring a passion for continuous learning, you will excel here. Key Skills and Experience include:

 

  • 5+ years’ experience architecting, developing, leading Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE implementations, including Power Apps Portals/Power Pages and Power Automate.
  • Strong technical capability across multiple Dynamics 365 modules, .NET, Visual Studio, XRM Toolbox, Azure DevOps, and Power BI integration.
  • Proven experience integrating Power Platform solutions with technologies such as SharePoint, Azure AD, and Azure App Services, plus deploying solutions using YAML pipelines.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, documentation and customer‑facing consulting skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications, with a willingness to continue upskilling and complete Microsoft competency exams.
