About the Role

As a member of the Business Process Solutions team, you will draw on your RPA leadership experience and technology trends to drive the RPA strategy for Canon Business Services ANZ. You will work closely with colleagues and technologies delivering innovation through Intelligent Document Capture, Digital Mailroom and Automated Accounts Payable. 

Main Duties

  • Contribute to the Product/Services strategy for RPA in support of overall business direction to deliver sustainable revenue and profitability
  • Contribute to the go-to market plans for the RPA capability including positioning, pricing, sales and support models.
  • Key contributor of process and service design workshops related to RPA processes, validation rules and reports
  • Leading a team of developers – assigning projects and performance management
  • Knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Power Automate products with strong knowledge of process components, process flows, exception handling.
  • Will be required to work across multiple groups, supporting, improving, developing on and enhancing the technologies and platforms
  • Ability to design and architect client use cases and processes

About You

Key Skills & Experience include –

  • Track record in product team leadership (ideally within the IT, software or technology industries) with a minimum of 3+ years in a business services-based organisation
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT / Business or related discipline
  • Experience in a Robotics Process Automation products particularly UI Path. Automation Anywhere and Power Automate knowledge desirable
  • Strong knowledge of the Software development lifecycle
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Able to work effectively with cross functional teams to deliver on marketing initiatives
  • Experience in using AI services such as Natural language Processing, Computer Vision and Machine learning services
