About the Role
As the Campaign Marketing Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Marketing Communications, this role will be pivotal in leading the planning, development and execution of consumer marketing campaigns across Oceania. This role will also be responsible for leading the Marketing Communication Specialist to create and deliver content required to execute fully integrated campaigns in line with our objectives.
This role has flexible work from home options & will be based from our Macquarie Park office.
Main Duties
Campaigns:
- Lead development and strategy of campaigns, product marketing briefs and go-to-market plans across the Consumer portfolio in support of overall business direction to ensure optimum revenue and profitability
- Lead and sell in the Integrated Go to Market Plans through coordination and collaboration across Marketing, Product, MarTech and Retail teams
- Lead the creative development of campaign materials including briefings and engaging with Creative services when required
- Manage Marketing Communication Specialist to execute concepts, develop and manage all content requirements for campaign materials across the integrated teams
- Working closely alongside Marketing Communications Specialist, track and analyse data to adapt campaigns and optimise performance
- Lead the development of brand guidelines and maintain strict adherence to ensure consistency with brand voice and tone
- Manage and optimise live campaigns and provide post campaign analysis reports to share learnings for further campaigns
Paid Media:
- Seek opportunities to elevate the brand and optimise performance
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create high-impact paid media campaigns for Canon
- Creating and optimising retargeting campaigns to increase conversion rates of different key audience groups
- Collaborating with the retail team to ensure cohesion between paid amplification and retail conversion strategies
About You
You would have demonstrated hands-on experience in leading and executing campaigns across multiple consumer touchpoints. Having a creative flair and strong interpersonal skills will be critical to the success in this role as will be strength in influencing others with your passion for our products and creating content. The role is ideal for someone who deals with account management at agency and wants to get a feel of what it is like to be on the client side.
Key skills & experience include:
- 4+ years proven hands-on experience in designing and delivering customer centric, product marketing campaigns
- Marketing Campaign management experience across the full marketing mix
- Experience in working with external agencies - Creative, Media and PR
- Strategic thinking, business acumen and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to use creative ways to resolve business and communication challenges
