About the Role

The Channel Marketing Manager – Canon Business Agents role is a parental leave cover, responsible for executing a roadmap of activities for 2026 across events, partnerships, demand generation, mailer campaigns, and content creation. Working collaboratively with your marketing colleagues and business stakeholders across various business functions, as well as building relationships with customers and suppliers, you will drive profitability through offers, content, and lead generation. You’ll manage paid media programs, partnership agreements, and deliver impactful campaigns using commercial insights and data.This Macquarie Park based role reports to the Senior Manager – Channel Marketing.

Scope of Role

  • Develop and execute detailed channel plans with Commercial, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Develop market-leading messages, sales enablement content, paid media, and campaign tactics
  • Manage partnership agreements, media programs and event presence
  • Analyse sales and customer feedback to optimise campaigns and offers
  • Report on performance via Salesforce and collaborate across teams
  • Deliver activities on time and on budget, driving continuous improvement

About You

You are someone with proven experience in designing and delivering customer-centric channel programs. You possess strong project management skills and are a natural at managing strategic relationships with stakeholders. Holding a tertiary qualification in marketing, sales or commercial is highly desirable. Key skills and experience include:

  • 5+ years experience in complex multi-segment businesses
  • Strategic thinking and results/commercial focus
  • Proven ability to design and deliver sales and customer-centric channel programs
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Project management experience an the ability to direct stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM and marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketing Cloud etc)
