About the Role
This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, creative marketing role where you’ll lead the execution of always-on content and integrated campaigns across ANZ. Sitting at the centre of content, campaigns and storytelling, you’ll work cross-functionally to bring ideas to life and keep Canon connected to evolving customer behaviours.
You’ll take ownership of content planning and delivery, balancing strategy with hands-on execution across multiple channels. From campaign rollouts to product launches and audience-led storytelling, your work will directly influence brand engagement, customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Scope of the role includes:

- Develop and deliver always-on content across digital and owned channels
- Execute integrated campaigns across social, EDM, web, retail and events
- Create and manage content across video, written and visual formats
- Optimise content performance using insights, analytics and testing
- Support campaign launches, activations and ongoing brand activity
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and creators
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement and reach
- Contribute to campaign reporting and performance improvement
About you
You’re a creative, content-led marketer who knows how to craft compelling stories that connect with audiences and bring brands to life. You’re energised by turning ideas into engaging content across multiple channels, and you understand how to tailor messaging to resonate with different audiences and stages of the customer journey.
You balance creativity with commercial thinking, using data and insights to refine your storytelling and improve performance. Naturally collaborative, you build strong relationships across teams and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
You understand how content is evolving and know how to adapt your approach to keep storytelling fresh and relevant.
Key skills and experience include:

- Experience in content, campaign or integrated marketing roles (4+ years)
- Strong understanding of multi-channel campaigns and audience engagement
- Experience across paid, owned and earned media environments
- Knowledge of digital platforms, analytics and optimisation techniques
- Ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Interest in emerging trends such as AI, search and digital discovery
