About the Role
As a Digital Print Operator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality document management and print services to our blue-chip client. Your focus will be on service excellence, client satisfaction, and meeting service level targets in a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Produce a wide range of high-quality printed materials, including client presentations, marketing collateral, training resources, and internal communications.
- Operate and maintain advanced print and finishing equipment, ensuring consistent output and colour quality.
- Provide consultative support to deliver cost-effective, timely, and tailored print solutions.
- Coordinate high-volume or specialist print jobs through internal hubs or approved external vendors.
- Manage office stationery hubs, including stock ordering, distribution, and daily checks.
- Monitor onsite printer fleet, replenish supplies, and coordinate device installations or changes.
- Support mailroom operations: receive, log, and distribute incoming deliveries; manage outgoing consignments; prepare shipping documentation; and ensure compliance with postal and legal requirements.
- Scan and electronically distribute mail and documents, assist with archive management, and support secure document collection and destruction.
About you
You are a detail-oriented professional with strong written and verbal communication skills, experienced in digital print operations and document management. You thrive in a collaborative team environment, consistently delivering accurate and timely services that meet client needs and service level agreements.
Skills & Experience include:
- Proven experience in digital print and operation of high-volume print and finishing equipment.
- Ability to monitor and maintain onsite equipment, including first-level troubleshooting and supply replenishment.
- Experience in ordering and distributing stationery stock.
- Skilled in coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Mailroom experience, including scanning and electronic distribution of documents is desirable
