About the Role
The Digital Technology team helps bring Canon’s digital ecosystem to life, creating seamless, data-driven experiences across web, CRM, and customer channels. We combine design, tech, and AI to make every interaction easy and engaging.
As Coordinator - Digital Technology, you’ll play an important role in supporting Canon’s MarTech and AI environment. You’ll help keep our digital tools and systems running smoothly, enabling better marketing, more personalised experiences, and stronger customer engagement.
Working in a fast-paced, collaborative team, you will:
• Help improve our marketing technology and processes
• Work with stakeholders to support the delivery of digital and AI-related projects
• Prepare data reports to support data-driven decision-making across the team
Scope of the role includes:
• Leverage Canon’s marketing technology platforms to help keep systems running smoothly
• Assist with CRM tasks, including updates, data management and reporting
• Assist in keeping tools, data, and workflows accurate, organised, and up to date
• Support digital analytics and help prepare reports to track performance
• Support SEO and AEO activities to improve online visibility and reach
• Assist with adopting and using AI tools to improve ways of working and team productivity
• Support the team and stakeholders with the delivery of digital and AI-related projects
• Support the team to deliver outcomes on time in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance outcomes
About You
You’re someone who gets excited by digital innovation, AI, and finding better ways to connect with customers. You have a natural curiosity and you’re always exploring new tools, asking questions, and looking for opportunities to improve how things work. You’ve gained experience across digital marketing, CRM, and analytics, and are comfortable working with relevant platforms. You enjoy working with data and contributing to ongoing improvements.
You’re a collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships and enjoys supporting others. You have strong attention to detail, a solutions-focused mindset, and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.

Key skills and experience include:
Essential
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or ecommerce
• Familiarity with MarTech, analytics, CRM, and CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore, GA4, Salesforce or similar)
• Experience in data visualisation, translating digital analytics and performance data
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Exposure to or strong interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ability to support process documentation
Desired
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Technology, Communications, or related field
• Exposure to AI-powered marketing or advanced analytics environments
• Experience supporting digital transformation or platform migration initiatives
• Foundational Python scripting skills
