About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Modern Workplace engineer (Office 365, Intune, Azure AD, SharePoint) to join a growing professional services team. Role will focus on project delivery with customer solution consultation, architecture and implementation. This will be a customer facing position so the right candidate will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Scope of the role includes:

  • Accountability for Design, Build, Test and Implementation project outcomes to clients
  • Acting as an SME on projects related to EUC and Modern Workplace technology projects
  • Providing technical advice to customers, key stakeholders and teams within the business
  • Working closely with third party vendors
  • Creating technical documentation and transitioning projects to BAU support teams
  • Providing technical reviews and support for Presales and PMO teams

About You:

As an experienced Infrastructure Project Engineer with exposure to the Managed Service Provider sector, you’ll bring a proven ability to manage multiple projects across various customers simultaneously. You know how to put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Ideally you’ll have the following qualifications and experience;

  • 5+ years focused on Implementation Projects for Infrastructure
  • Experience and understanding of datacentre technologies, cloud services, database, storage, backup and virtualization technologies
  • Knowledge and experience working with most of the following technologies:
    • SCCM/SOE
    • Intune
    • Modern Workplace (M365)
    • SharePoint Online/MS Teams
    • Windows Server and Client
    • Exchange 2016+/EXO
    • Microsoft Server 2012 or above –
    • Microsoft & Azure Active Directory
    • Microsoft Exchange 2013 or above, Office 365
