About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team as a Installation Coordinator. This varied role is responsible for ensuring that installation and associated logistics are carried out from point of sale through to training, by effective planning and coordination. You’ll play a key role in liaising with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that installations run smoothly.

Main Duties

  • Ensuring that agreed configurations, process and standards are adhered to for all National and project-based installations
  • Keeping the Customer informed throughout the process, whilst jeopardy managing installation targets
  • Ensuring systems are in place to achieve an excellent Customer experience throughout the interaction and installation process
  • Maintaining accurate record keeping within systems to provide visibility to the Business
  • Liaise and maintain an ongoing relationship with Sales, Service, Logistics Providers and other relevant stakeholders as required
  • Review, report and recommend initiatives

About You

You are someone with excellent organisation skills and administration skills you know how to use basic excel. You are a confident communicator, and you know how to deliver in a varied and busy environment that puts the customer at the heart. Perhaps you have worked in an administration or coordination role and you’re looking for an opportunity to join a fantastic team. Key Skills & Experience include -

  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills with the ability to work methodically, accurately and meet SLA’s
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and execute tasks effectively
  • A solution orientated approach to issues and challenges

  • Confidence in making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • High level of teamwork and relationship management skills
