About the Role

As National Account Manager responsible for top tier clients, you will play a key role in maintaining revenue streams and executing new sales and marketing plans. You will have a focus on growing market share within the accounts you manage as well as building and maintaining relationships.

Not only will you plan and execute Business plans with potential key Customers to deliver against the overall Business strategy but you will also own the account management of and existing portfolio of customers. You will be involved in the development of the strategic sales plan to grow, meet and exceed sales and revenue targets and achieve profitable growth commitments across several product and service offerings.


Scope of the role includes:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Accurate sales, financial and stock forecasting
  • Building and executing sales plans
  • Integration of business marketing plans into your accounts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stake holders
  • Complete account management of the accounts you look after
  • working with other teams within the business to execute your plans
  • delivering against customer DIFOT requirements


About you

As someone with a proven track record in account management of top tier accounts, including building and executing sales plans and integrating company marketing plans within accounts. Your previous experience in managing Officeworks accounts or similar will be highly regarded. You know how to collaborate with stakeholders across the business to achieve outcomes for our customers. More importantly you know how to close a deal and grow the business.

Your commercial acumen is second to none and you have a head for numbers and analytics and you have an eye for details.
