About the Role

 

The Onsite Services Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high‑quality, timely support for the day‑to‑day operation of Canon’s Managed Document Services (MDS). This position ensures smooth onsite service delivery, proactive issue management, and a consistently positive client experience. The Service Coordinator provides coverage across Canon’s contracted service window of 7am–7pm and will be required to work onsite in shift commencing 10:30am. It is a 100% onsite role, reporting directly to the Team Leader – Client Services.

 

Scope of the Role

 

  • Deliver a consistently high level of service and ensure strong customer satisfaction across all user interactions
  • Escalate unresolved issues or any risks to service level agreements in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Maintain Canon’s device fleet to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Manage the distribution and replenishment of consumables for all supported devices
  • Maximise device uptime and overall fleet availability through proactive monitoring and support
  • Ensure all software‑related service calls are logged accurately and in line with customer‑defined processes
  • Assist with asset management activities, including maintaining up‑to‑date customer floor plans where available
  • Contribute to fleet optimisation and service improvement recommendations

 

About you

 

You bring strong customer service experience in a service‑focused environment or have worked in a similar onsite support role and are motivated to grow your corporate career within a professional services setting. You approach challenges with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and resolve issues with confidence and efficiency. You work well with supportive colleagues and stakeholders, contributing to a positive team environment. Candidates open to work across multiple customer locations within NSW, when required, are preferred.
