About the Role
The department is responsible for delivering quality customer experiences, aligned with marketing objectives, through Canon Oceania Customer Support & Operations. The Operations Analyst provides critical support to the Customer Operations function by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, reporting, and performance tracking. The role ensures data accuracy, timely insights, and smooth flow of operational information to enable the Senior Manager - Customer Operations and each of the Function Leaders to focus on core management activities.
Scope of Role

Promote awareness of the department's purpose by ensuring clarity of objectives, alignment with customer experience goals, and consistent communication across teams.

Accuracy and timeliness of reporting and dashboards.

Pro-active review of open orders, aging cases, and SLA compliance, ensuring timely follow-up and that the responsible teams take appropriate corrective actions

Stakeholder satisfaction with support and reporting quality.

Contribution to improved compliance and reduced exceptions.

Reliable support for meetings, reviews, and audits.
About You
We are looking for someone with great time management skills and has an attention for detail. Possessing experience in a similar role would be highly preferred. Key Skills & Experience include:

Competent in Excel, reporting tools, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI preferred).

Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
-
Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in an operations or administrative support role.

Self-starter who looks beyond the current state to improve existing reporting and analysis.
