About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development & Learning Specialist to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team on a 12‑month maximum‑term parental leave cover.

This role requires someone available to commence at short notice and who is confident stepping into an established portfolio to ensure continuity and momentum.

This hands-on role focuses supporting an environment of targeted development, promoting a positive engaging culture, improving capability of talent and enabling robust performance assessment. Reporting to the Senior Manager Learning and Org Development you will work closely with HR Business Partners, senior leaders and external providers to deliver high‑quality leadership and OD programs for a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.

You’ll join a small, highly supportive team and play a visible role across the business.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support key Organisational Development initiatives, including learning, leadership and capability projects
  • Manage and support annual people processes such as:
    • Employee engagement surveys (setup, analysis, communication and leader action planning support)
    • Performance review processes (project management, communication and reporting)
    • Talent and succession review activities
  • Own the end‑to‑end delivery of leadership programs, including facilitating with confidence and credibility, ensuring a seamless participant and stakeholder experience
  • Maintain and manage the learning calendar
  • Liaise and manage partnerships with external vendors as required

 

About you

You’re a seasoned OD / L&D professional who enjoys being hands‑on, practical and delivery‑focused. You’re comfortable stepping into a parental leave cover role, taking ownership quickly and keeping established programs running smoothly.

You bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in Organisational Development and leadership development
  • Excellent organisation and project management capability
  • Experience delivering employee surveys, performance and talent programs
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders
  • A proactive, pragmatic approach with the ability to maintain momentum and juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • The ability to constructively challenge thinking while building trusted relationships
