  • Managing the annual Performance Review process, ensuring project management, communication and reporting is completed.
  • Supporting the annual Talent and Succession review processes across the business
  • Supporting the HR program of work around Diversity and Inclusion, including written resources, policy review, and event coordination.
  • Supporting the Canon Compliance eLearning program of work, assisting both our systems specialist and learning coordinator through communicating and liaising with business stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
  • Pro-actively managing organisational development projects from project ‘design’ stage, to pilot phase, implementation and finally program evaluation.
  • Research and investigating organisational development vendors and assess ‘fit’ with Canon’s requirements.
  • Supporting broader Organisational Development projects including learning, leadership development and other projects as required
