About the Role
You will work closely with the Sales Manager and fellow Sales Representatives on offering an exceptional level of service, providing technical advice and solutions to clients, account management of existing key clients and forecasting of sales and pipeline opportunities. A key objective is to work toward hitting revenue and GP targets and to educate the market about our latest photography and cinema offering.
This is a 100% onsite role based out of our Zetland location.
Main Duties
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve key goals
- Professional Imaging Teams sales and gross profit targets
- Offering an exceptional level of service
- Offering advice and consultation to our clients to ensure they achieve the best outcomes
- Timely forecasting of sales and pipeline opportunities
- Account management of existing key clients
- Timely invoicing and taking payments from clients
- Maintaining exceptional presentation standard for Zetland showroom
- Timely and thorough communication with clients
- Following stock management and stock ordering processes
Key Requirements

- Knowledge of photographic and/or cinema cameras and equipment
- Experience in sales or customer service or similar role
- Empathetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and goal-orientated
