About the Role

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to play a pivotal role in shaping and growing of our Data and AI practice. As a Senior Manager Data & AI, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to solve complex business challenges. You will be the trusted technology advisor for our existing and new customers, delivering strategic reviews and providing strategic guidance. You will be hands on in terms of delivery of billable work for our customers and you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a small team.

 

Scope of the role incudes:

 

  • Supporting and leading Data and AI consultants, by providing technical analysis, design review, guidance on task breakdowns/specification, design guidance, facilitating knowledge sharing and mentoring
  • Collaboration with Sales and the Solutions teams to drive growth and new business in the Data and AI practice
  • Providing technical leadership for client engagements, manage client expectations across Data and AI programs of work, responding to tenders, customer proposals, customer events, have input into contractual commitments and outcomes
  • Advising clients and presenting potential options available to meet business solution needs
  • Identifying and assessing emerging opportunities and researching the feasibility of new initiatives
  • Driving the implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning models to extract actionable insights from data
  • Develop, monitor and analyse team data, metrics, and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimisation
  • Lead the Data and AI team and work with other leads to ensure optimal resource allocation, and cost control. Monitor project profitability, resource utilisation, and project budgets to ensure financial success and maximise profitability
  • Identifying and addressing architectural risks and challenges
  • Maintaining current knowledge of Microsoft Platform and Product roadmaps, as applicable
  • Assisting with the development and continuous improvement of CBS’s processes, practices and tools
