About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Business Sales team as a Solutions Sales Coordinator.  This varied role is responsible for following up on and clarifying clients’ business requirements and coordinating project deliverables.  You’ll play a key role in creating and building sustainable relationships with Canon technical and Sales team by coordinating Professional Services to ensure successful customer implementations in a hybrid working set-up.

Scope of the role includes:

  • Following up and clarifying the clients’ business requirements and coordinating project deliverables
  • Translating client requirements and assisting  in scoping solutions that meets clients’ needs
  • Providing administrative Pre-Sales support to all Indirect sales teams
  • Delivering quotes for standard software solutions
  • Co-ordinating with Professional Services to ensure successful customer implementations
  • Supporting indirect sales team to propose the solution to the customer
  • Managing Communications between Sales Teams and external third party Integration specialists
  • Managing software renewal process and data accuracy
  • Working directly with Account Managers and Business Agents to assist them in executing account plans
  • Assisting Account Managers Business Agents to manage business solutions for existing clients
  • Being actively involved in continuous improvement of team, processes and procedures
  • Assisting with planning and coordination of solution focused sales events
  • Assisting Marketing and Technical services with solution based administrative activities
  • Providing regular and timely communication to team, to ensure staff are aware of all matters which may affect them


About you

You are someone with drive and ambition who is looking to develop their excellent organisation skills and administration skills in a corporate sales environment. You are a confident communicator and you know how to deliver in a varied and busy sales environment. Perhaps you have worked in an administration role and you’re looking for an opportunity to grow in your career. Previous experience in liaising with sales people will be highly regarded as will your strong excel and Microsoft skills.

 Key Skills & Experience include –

  • Conceptual understanding of IT industry
  • Computer Literacy (proficient in Excel / Word / PowerPoint) – proficiency with Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to document business requirements through consultation with sales teams and customers
  • Confident in communicating with a wide variety of internal and external business stakeholders.
  • Experience with office procedures, systems and business requirements
  • Able to manage time and priorities
